On the floor of the Senate Jim DeMint of South Carolina stated “This is no longer something we can blame on President Bush. In fact the Democrats have been in control of policy making, economic policy spending for four years now. This is not Bush’s recession. This is the result of Democrat economic policies.” Pssst Jim. That is one of the stupidest things I have ever heard. Tell me Jim. What “Democrat” policies were put in place that Bush wouldn’t veto? Zero. That’s right. There you go again. Blaming Obama for Bush. Just like they blamed Clinton for the fact that Bush, and his Republican friends practically destroyed our country.

waiting for the “liberal media” to connect the dots here. So we have the CEO of a mining corporation handing out contributions to Republican after Republican. This CEO can then avoid making the mines he is “running” safe because he has cover. Somehow 29 miners end up dead because no one cares to keep the methane pumped out of the mine where they work. Somehow there is violation after violation piling up for letting methane levels get too high and nothing is done because the workers, and managers are ordered to ignore safety problems and “run coal”.
How hard is it to connect the dots there CNN? Forget Fox. They are simply the propaganda arm of the G.O.P. MSNBC might run a story but that would be “liberal” or something.
